Alpha Agency was founded in 2017 with the idea of changing the way traditional staffing firms work. We went out searching only for those companies in the United States and Canada that were willing to hire and train candidates without any experience in their field. This wasn't an easy task because as everybody knows most companies out there are only willing to hire candidates with experience.
Since our mission was to create a platform to generate opportunities for every candidate that was able and willing to work, we first targeted those employers with a strong training process in the Customer Service, Sales, Entry Level Management and Hospitality industries. Then we created systems and algorithms to set interviews for the candidates with the employers that are closer to them. We are currently setting up over 1,500 interviews a week for candidates with employers that are willing to hire, train, develop and promote candidates within their organization.
Our Process
- We find employers in the United States and Canada that are looking for employees and are willing to hire, train, develop and promote candidates within their organization.
- We post the employer's jobs in over 100 job boards.
- Candidates apply online to these jobs posted on the job boards.
- Our systems and algorithms analyze the candidate's applications and find the employers that are the best fit for them.
- We set interviews for the candidates with employers chosen by our system.
- Candidates meet Face-to-Face with employers to see if they are a good fit for each other.
