Start with the job description.
Choose two or three requirements you can honestly speak to. Put relevant experience where it is easy to find. Work, school projects, volunteering and caring responsibilities can all help you identify useful skills.
Turn a duty into a specific example.
Try this structure: action + what you worked on + result or purpose. You do not need a dramatic statistic. Use numbers only when you can support them.
Illustrative example · use your own facts
Vague: “Helped customers.”
Clearer: “Answered customer questions and explained the next steps for resolving order issues.”
