We may collect account information, candidate application information, interview scheduling details, employer office settings, support communications, and technical data such as browser type, device information, and basic usage logs.
Google Calendar Integration
When an authorized admin connects Google Calendar, Alpha Agency Careers uses Google Calendar data only to support interview scheduling. This may include listing available calendars, checking busy times for availability sync, and creating interview calendar events when that feature is enabled.
Google OAuth tokens are stored encrypted. We do not expose tokens in the portal UI, sell Google Calendar data, or use Google Calendar data for advertising. Users with permission can disconnect the Google Calendar integration from the Interview Availability settings page.
How We Use Information
- To manage recruiting workflows, applications, interviews, and candidate follow-up.
- To provide employer and candidate portal access.
- To sync interview availability and create calendar events when Google Calendar integration is enabled.
- To maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.
- To communicate important service, application, or interview updates.
Data Sharing
We do not sell user data. We may share data with service providers that help operate the portal, process communications, host infrastructure, or support recruiting workflows. These providers are expected to protect information and use it only for the services they provide to us.
Security and Retention
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. Sensitive integration tokens are encrypted at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect the portal and limit access to authorized users.
Your Choices
Authorized users can disconnect Google Calendar integration from the portal. You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational requirements. Users may opt out of communications by emailing us or replying STOP to SMS messages.
